Transition - New Business Model
Shortly after I launched way back in June, the company that was printing the shirts for me told me that they could no longer produce the shirts to my specifications. It took a lot of momentum away from things to have that happen after only a handful of orders and having just launched the shop.
Finding printers who will print on-demand in large sizes with custom tagging is pretty difficult. So I decided to open up my options to all printers, and found a local company in Oakland to print the shirts for me. Taking on inventory presents more risk, but there are benefits as well.
There were some delays and production was just completed in the first week of October. But the important thing is that the job was done right and merchandise is back in stock!

Other than the change in business model, I also delayed "re-launching" as I got a new business address and was changing my address with different government agencies and services I use before reopening just to make sure everything would go smoothly.
Pretty dry stuff. I also got a new layout for the website! I hope you all like it :D
New Products
While the t-shirts were in production (order was placed in August) I decided to continue on creating new products. Of course, there are more t-shirts designs coming up, but I won't reveal too much about them as I don't want to spoil the release. Other than that, I've been working on a collection of embroidered souvenir jackets. I created the template for the technical flats and have started roughing out the artwork for the embroidery. I also did some preliminary "scouting" for American factories that can do small-batch manufacturing.
Marketing
I just completed 2 advertisements for Facebook that are pending approval. I got a camera recently and will begin filming some promotional material for Esthetek, and will start a new channel soon. For more updates follow me on Facebook and Instagram. Aiming to have the new t-shirts in by March 2018!
